Business Mission Statement

The business mission statement is to support consumer hunger and palate while keeping the spirit of adventure and freedom. Of course the definition of a business mission statement is, "what a business wants to accomplish in the larger environment. A clear mission statement acts as an “invisible hand” that guides people in the organization." The first endeavor is of course in Sri Lanka but the results of how well this flavoring works out is what will come in the future. Exotic snacks and flavors are a difficult task because Americans especially are particular about there flavors. Questioning and surveying consumers to see what works, what flavors people really want and create the story and adventure of how that particular flavor made its way into a crispy puffy snack that delights everybody that tastes it. The importance is the evolution of the company and the flavors have a major role in that evolution. If the customer doesn’t like it change it but keep the spirit of the product alive. "Mission statements should be market oriented and defined in terms of satisfying basic customer needs. Products and technologies eventually become outdated, but basic market needs may last forever." The spirit of Phileas Fogg snacks is what is going to last forever and because of that and the customer loyalty especially when it comes to what they really want. The mission is to put the spirit of worldly cuisine in the belly of the people that are on board with an experience of an adventure that could last a lifetime. Putting that unbelievable adventurous spin on it that only can be achieved by Phileas Fogg, exotic snacks for exotic people. Everybody that partakes in purchasing this snack will be apart of the family, whose opinion matters and is valuable to the companies outlook for the future.
